Problem

I'm printing a document, but for some odd reason, it prints multiple copies of the same document. Is there a way to get into printer queue and delete unnecessary copies of the document?

Solution

When this hapens, go to main menu/Word Processor/Print. It should say, "printing (document name)" where document name is the name of the document you were working on. Press SPACE, and you should see, "List of files in printer queue." This is the place where documents that are ready to be printed are stored. Press SPACE to move through the list of files. Once you find the file(s) you want to remove from the queue, press BACKSPACE with dots 2-3-5-6 (CTRL+8 on QT). Press Y to confirm the removal. Press SPACE with E to exit out of the queue. You should be placed back at the printing prompt.
