How come my BrailleNote only shows the content of the page, but not the links such as Edit Page?

This is due to the fact that BrailleNote uses modified Internet Explorer 6 for Windows Mobile 2003. Since mobile devices like BrailleNote have smaller memory size, IE6 for WM2003 will show only the relevant part of a webpage, such as the text portion of this website. Also, since this website was designed so that BrailleNote users can view and search using BrailleNote's internet browser, I think the text portion would be appropriate for quick and easy navigation.

How can I search the Knowledge Base articles in the Support Hotline section?

Knowledge Base (KB) articles are grouped under logical categories, such as general questions, explanations of terms and so forth. You can use the search function (CTRL+F on computers and the QT/SPACE with F on BT) to search for the desired category, then you can use link navigation command (SPACE on BrailleNote/TAB on a PC) to move through list of articles. Also, the date on which the articles were edited appears at the end of each article and its description at the Support Hotline page.
