Problem

After pressing reset, BrailleNote says, "Cannot start the planner."

Solution

If this happens, perform Reset with dots 1-2-3 (FDS on QT). Hold down the keys until a chime (or music) is heard. At the Main Menu, go to File Manager/Directory. At the drive name prompt, select Flash Disk. At the folder name prompt, press SPACE until you see KeyPlan. At this point, press BACKSPACE with dots 2-3-5-6 (CTRL+8) to delete the folder. Press Y to delete the folder. If it says anything about protected files, press A to remove all files. After few moments, BrailleNote should report number of folders and files deleted. At this point, press Reset button with no keys held down. The error message should be gone.
